"Julie gave me concrete steps to help my daughter with her anxiety"
Julie gave me the guidance, support and confidence I needed to actively help my daughter even though she wasn't ready to help herself.

Hi, I'm Julie Cox, LCSW
I have been a child, adolescent and family therapist for over 20 years.
I have also been a PANS parent for 18 years.
In this course, I have combined my training as a therapist with my experience as a PANS parent to create a roadmap for PANS parents on this challenging journey.
In order to provide the most effective help to PANS parents, I am trained in many evidence-based therapy approaches (researched and shown to be effective!).
These approaches include Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) and somatic/ polyvagal informed approaches.Join me inside Creating Calm in Your PANS Home
